Simplified IT Solutions is led by Pankaj Khurana, an executive with over a decade of leadership and hands-on experience supporting the success of enterprises across a variety of industries. With expertise in formulating enterprise-wide strategy, Pankaj is an energetic business leader with over two decades of experience in the technology services industry. He has led companies through rapid growth while building long term customer relationships, and strategic management to fast-growth organizations and mentorship for new leaders.

Pankaj is responsible for creating success strategy and delivering services & solutions that bring value to customers. He ensures an ongoing environment that attracts dedicated and talented people, whom he then empowers to uncover new, measurable and sustainable ways of providing value to Simplified’s clients. As the CEO of Simplified IT Solutions, he is responsible for Global Operations & Expansion, and Strategic M&A.

He is currently based in Orange County (CA), where he lives with his wife and son. He is passionate about biking, hiking and enjoys his time on golf course and at beach. His goal is to travel the world before turning FIFTY FIVE!

Joseph DeSaye was the co-founder and COO of FMI International, an international logistics company specializing in transportation of retail, footwear and apparel. This journey began in 1980 when Joe, his father and brother began selling Air and Ocean forwarding services to major retailers and wholesalers in the apparel trade. Over the years they expanded the company's services to include ocean and air transportation from the far east national warehousing and distribution, port drayage, over the road transportation from coast to coast increasing sales to over 150 million. In 2003, this prospering company sold a 70% interest to KRG, a private equity group in Denver Colorado. After increasing sales and profit margins, over the next 3 years KRG sold 100% of the company to Summit Logistics in 2006 as part of a rollup of several international companies

After 2 years, Summit Logistics filed bankruptcy and Joe along with the other founders of the roll-up aligned together and purchased the company through a 363-bankruptcy sale. Over the next 2 years Joe and his new group of partners stabilized the company then increased sales and profit margins to over 350 million dollars. Joe and his team sold in 2010 to Toll Group, an Australian based global logistics provider. Joe served as the President of Toll Group’s Supply Chain logistics for North America for the next 7 years until he retiring in 2018.

Sandra Senbol is the VP of Operations for Simplified Labor Staffing Solutions. With over 20 years of experience, she has mastered the recruiting field to the highest levels of expectation, fulfilling all clients needs. Mrs. Senbol has had the opportunity of working with dozens of notable companies such as NRT, DHX, NFI and Toll Global Forwarding.

She has received numerous awards for outstanding leadership and was also recognized by the Los Angeles County Office of Education for outstanding service. Mrs. Senbol currently resides in Eastvale California.
